Return & Exchange Policy We cannot accept any damaged products for exchange or refund. We do not accept any Return or Exchange on following Items: All Clearance Items. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team. If your items from Hello Gift Shop fail to meet your expectations for any reason, please send your package to us via insured US Post Office Priority Mail®, Make sure that you have insured the package & purchased a tracking number for your record, within 30 days from the date it was shipped. Please include the invoice and the reason for the return. Your return will be refunded in the same payment manner as your original purchase. It takes 8-14 business day for the refunded to show up in your statement. Shipping / Handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
